They have an awesome selection of toys and collectibles that you just can't find elsewhere. The staff is super friendly and the deliveries are always on time. Bentzen’s is definitely my go-to spot for picking up new toys for my girls.

I made a purchase at the end of November for a doll that cost over 80 bucks. Still, I haven't gotten any email updates about my order, and I have no clue if it’s even been sent out.

I got a Gabby dollhouse Carlita along with the Carlita room for my daughter as a Christmas gift, which was always listed as out of stock on the site. I shot them an email and got a super quick reply that helped me place my order once they were available again. I also got an update on my order, and it showed up just in time for Christmas. My daughter is over the moon with the sets she got - I couldn’t find these anywhere else, so I’m really thankful I could order through bentzens and can’t complain about the service I got. Totally recommend it.

This company does a solid job of wrapping up their toys, and the collector dolls come in excellent shape, which is definitely a bonus. However, on the downside, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I haven't received any emails about pre-orders, particularly when the dates shift, and that's a real letdown! I guess placing an order feels like taking a chance!

I recently got my hands on two special edition Rainbow High dolls. They came in great packaging and are definitely the real deal. Mark was super nice and considerate. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone. I’ll be shopping with them again down the line!

I placed an order on this site back in September for a pre-order, and I couldn't be happier with what I received. I got part of my order at the beginning of November and the rest just today. I made my purchase before checking out the reviews and started to feel a bit anxious, but I'm really glad I went ahead because now my two girls are going to be thrilled this Christmas.

I also ordered before the website got an upgrade and had trouble locating my order details, which made me a bit nervous. I shot them an email and got a quick response saying they couldn’t transfer old orders to the new site, but not to fret because they had all the information and would send out the pre-orders as soon as they were back in stock. The reply was prompt and super friendly.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Marc because these items are hard to find here in the UK. My girls are going to be so excited come Christmas!

From what I've seen, Bentzens Emporium is super efficient, really helpful, and downright friendly, but above all, they’re just plain kind. I've made a bunch of different purchases lately, and each time I’ve shopped with them, I’ve been ‘extremely’ pleased with the whole experience. The owner has been incredibly supportive with any queries I've had (nothing seems to be too much trouble) and has consistently given me top-notch advice on the products I was curious about. I’ve always felt like a valued customer, and that’s why I keep coming back to Bentzens Emporium.
